The delicate flavor of this beautiful olive oil has earned it the name, "Dolciolio" - sweet oil. Only mature full flavored olives are carefully blended and pressed in very limited quantities. For the olive oil affecianado, this is a real find.

2009 December harvest of mature Moraiolo, (50-60%), Frantoio (15-20%), a mix of Leccino, Pendolino and Maurino olives.
