 Best for gluten free!!Jul 10, 2010
Don't know why I waited so long to buy this. Made all my gluten free bread taste like the real thing. Have baked bread four times in the last two weeks. A must have for any gluten free household!

The bread sticks to this pan unless you line it with parchment paper. The bread sections were not as wide as I wanted for Ciabatta bread so I wouldn't reorder or recommend it to friends. A heavier product with non stck coating would be advisable.

I'd have given this 5 stars, but the bread pan was bent when received. Don't know if it was that way when it left the warehouse or not. Anyway, bread pan looks good. Gave as a 2009 Christmas gift. Thanks.

This is a great pan for baking gluten free french bread. It is a good quality pan, nice size for a french bread loaf. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store. Very please with this purchase.
