None better-buy itJan 01, 2010 I've been making pizza at home for over 30 years. I have eaten pizza all over Italy. All the good pizza books recommend double zero flour. This is the best flour I've ever used. Case closed.
PS. Use San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil on your pizza. Do it, period!

Bags full of bugs after 5 monthsDec 21, 2009 Purchased this item through Amazon back in July 09. Got 10 bags of 1 Kilogram each and only used one and it was pretty good. Now on December 09, I was getting ready to use another bag and found it to be full of bugs... I have contacted the distributor for Amazon (The Chef's Warehouse) to see about some type of refund, but I do not have high hopes. For me it's $40.00 down the sewer. Better buy small amounts at your local place even if it's not Italian.

Excellent for making pasta!Sep 15, 2009 This is great 00 flour for making pasta, and yes- you can tell the difference in your home made pasta between this and regular flour off the store shelf. The price was better than I could find anywhere else online, and unfortunately the only retailer selling it wanted twice per pound what this cost. Delivery was quick too!

Good flour, not the best for pizza.Aug 12, 2009 This is an excellent flour, but not the best for pizza. This is more suitable for pastry, whereas the Type 0 flour would provide a better texture for pizza crust.
